The team quickly and efficiently cleared out a big pile of tree limbs that have been blocking the shed for a long time. They asked for clarification rather than carrying on if there was any question about what was to go. I appreciated their willingness to accommodate my schedule. Great experience, will hire again.

These two men were great. We had drained as much water as possible from the waterbed mattress but it was still incredibly heavy. They wrestled it out of the frame and out of the house where sliced it open so most of the rest of the water was removed and they hauled it away! They were polite nice gentlemen and they did exactly what we asked them to do and they did it very well. We are grateful .

I was amazed at how promptly Advance 1 Junk responded to my request. They came the next day to appraise, and were prepared to follow through immediately to remove the junk. I showed them more complicated removal problem I have, and depending on the cost, I may have them handle that project as well.
